2 mouths ago we bought 2bakkies at this dealership from the 1st drive we had problems till now this bakkies are problematic from word go ladys and gents pls do not buy vehicles there we still struggling with the vechiles and the dealership they made a lot of promises but non of it was solved
Some people have all the luck work for the NCC is a great job if u want free money and not working for it well done NCC u did a great job employing *********** people
I bought a bakkie in September last year the bakki was bought for work since we had the bakkie it was problems fist I had too fight with the bank and the dealership to get my money back and too fix the vehicle I took the case too the ombudsman the case was reviewed and it was granted in my favor I took the bakkie back too the dealership to fix it and they did me back the money after twee I when back to the dealership to c if it's fix and then I see that they didnt fix it Im trying too log a complain now for 2 mouth with the NCC but no answer every time I call for assist then there are just a better story for me are this people getting paid to play with people what are they doing there
Hi I was in an accident with a customer santam the company vechile bam in too my bakkie it was on 16 of January from that day iam the 1 has been call them and check in on my case I only received 1call from santam after I was the 1 calling in and my airtime running out yesterday I received a email too tell me form that I need too sigh for half of the amount that the panel beaters invoice me for I call in julia told me that that is what the assessor value the damage on where he can get the parts which he send too the panel shop last week. I check the invoice which santam email me and all the stuff they want that panel beater must put on my vechile is secondhand stuff and my bakkie is still new with 23k on the clock this is so bad that insurance companies are bullying our normal bread winner where must I get the difference in amount too fix my vechile now
Iam still struggling with with Kia Brackenfell too sort out my problems with the bakkie no one even called me from my last review totally bad service
3 mouth a go I bought a Nissan Np200 at Kia 1st days after I bought it started with problems it was Monday the day 2 I took it back too the deal after 2 week of the dealer making excuses after taken the bakkie back I still had too pay the bank for a bakkie that I didn't have. So I bought a different bakkie by then now iam sitting with a canopy that is lacking and when I bought with a loan I also took a loan for the canopy. I have a small courier company after a month of fights with them and the bank I need help pls
