Hello Peter I desperately need your help as I’ve tried my utmost best to be lenient towards a matter that required rapid assistance with this company . I took out a policy with this company through work (Concentrix) one of the members I have covered unfortunately passed away last month (the member is my brother my mothers first born ) an unnatural death ,I addressed it they requested documentation I then sent out everything they requested,but it now seems they’re looking for every way possible to avoid paying out this is after I have told them I’ve already buried my brother things took a turn , went on to explain how ridiculously I am in debt because of the funeral expenses as I had no other policy besides it , until today’s date they keep telling me o need to provide them with a pathology report advised that the detective handling this case told me that they called and she explained what a possible lengthy process could take so they should process the claim .. please help me it’s now the end of the month I’m due to pay up all the monies I’ve borrowed during that time but I’m stuck because of them .
Pep pack couriers customer service is horrible and I personally would never recommend it to anyone.. after waiting 2 weeks for a parcel to be delivered this is the 3rd day after the 2 weeks and I still haven’t received any tangible update no communication whatsoever ,, I’ve been calling them and being rode around in circles every agent I’ve spoken to has no idea where my parcel is it’s so frustrating and the fact that I’m not even receiving promising information makes it worse
