Poor communication and service delivery
We have ordered a coricraft bed base in store and it was a made to order, which we understand takes very long but it was supposed to be only 6-8 weeks. It has now been almost 3 months and we are still sitting without a bed base after payment in full. There has been no ETA of the delivery or when the bed base will be finished. It’s a lot of money to pay for furniture and therefore it is expected that service delivery is excellent. My husband and I will think twice before ordering from coricraft again

Poor Quality Products
I purchased a R650 box from this company as a gift for a friend’s upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, when the box arrived, I discovered that the items inside were used and damaged. The notebook had notes written inside by an employee, and the hair clip was completely broken and misshapen. I’m shocked that a company offering such expensive products doesn’t perform basic quality control before shipping. While the company did replace the box and apologized, the damage had already been done. The replacement items were in better condition, but the notebook’s cover page had damaged printing. At that point, I didn’t feel it was worth reaching out again — it should never be the customer’s responsibility to ensure quality checks are done on products upon arrival. If a customer is dissatisfied, the replacement should be flawless. Because of this experience, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to others. Next time I will use SHEIN because most of their products are from there.

It was super fast and easy! There was always clear communication and instructions. The wifi itself is also very speedy.
