Pathetic and Dishonest: I bought a Mercedes 2015 C180 on May 21 2024 and was promised that a few of the issues would be resolved post purchase. No Service, No Spare Keys, Bracking System issue. This is a *****ulent and dishonest dealer.
I went to the Nedbank Boulders branch , 2 days in a row , just to get the FICA verification process. On both occasions, more than 30 minutes spent in a queue with none of the people I found on the queue queue being served. Branch manager could not help resolve the situation, and the environment was just chaotic with lots of Nedbank staff by the entrance and the ticketing area and only two tellers working with each serving a single client for the 30 minute duration.
I have struggled to get my payout since August last year. Trying to call the contact center I get a pathetic service from an agent called "Hope". The manager ( Kevin Anthony ) that was assigned to assist with follow ups is not responding.
I am disapointed with Alexander Forbes services. Months after my resignation , I am struggling to get my provident fund payout. The communication is poor and I get the same ( Copy and Paste ) update each time. We deserve better service
Following my resignation in July 2023, my previous HR and myself have been following up on my outstanding provident fund payout. The contacts in the email communication between myself, my previous HR and AlexForbes are not helpful. I wish Alex Forbes would give us a service that we deserve.
