Bad courier company
The driver refused to deliver in my area because it is deemed as a high risk area so he wanted to meet me at the mall. If I wanted my package to be delivered at a mall I would have chosen a relevant store to pick my package up by. If they deem certain areas unsafe then they should not offer the door to door delivery for that area as we pay a full delivery fee for that specific service. Funny enough how I see their vans delivering packages in my area on a daily basis and in the past I've also had packages delivered to my address from them. The driver was unprofessional **** and said that he called me but I didn't answer the phone and nobody was at the address to receive the package when infact I did answer the phone and advised him that i chose door to door delivery and paid for door to door delivery at my address so I won't make my way to the mall. When I finally decided to meet the driver at a point closer to me it was at a clinic right opposite my house which also shows the driver didn't do his due diligence and check where my address actually was

Bad Service Bad Food
My honest review is I do not recommend this place at all for people of color. I went there today and the service was bad. We had 4 different waiters which none of them introduced themselves they got my order wrong twice and still had an attitude when I told them the second time around that my order is still wrong. The food was bad I ordered hake, prawns & chips and my chips looked and tasted like it wasn't even baked properly our waiter that brought our food and drinks didn't even come up to us and serve our food by the table he was handing the food over to myself from over a fence that was at the back of me and I had to place the food on the table. When my correct order finally arrived the waiter placed it on the table and my garnishes in my plate fell off he didn't apologize. We then decided to pay it took almost 30 mins for them to bring the bill after asking for this... Once again bad service, bad food and the only reason why I say I don't recommend for people of color is because we were seated next to white people and their service wasn't bad at all.

Bad SERVICE
Mac Donald's Delft mall has the worst service ever. I ordered a medium fries and hazelnut ice latte. Not only did I wait 40 mins for my food but also got the wrong order. The lady working the till turned me away because she refused to speak English. I explained I ordered a hazelnut ice latte and this thing came with cream on top. When I explained instead of correcting the order they **** and said this is the new way of making it when I asked since when because I order myself everyday the same beverage by Mac Donald's they said since last week. I questioned them as to why doesn't their images portray this then nobody responded to me. So it's either false advertising on McDonald's behalf or their staff lies. If I had known that this comes with cream on top I wasn't going to order it
