These days it is difficult to find good service. Everyone at Suzuki West Rand gave exceptional service, from the dealer principal, Fred. The sales manager, Lyle. Salesman, Rudi, right up until the handover by Duncan. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
Every single day I receive a spam call from Munnik Basson Dagama. They drop the call when you answer. I am going to report you to the authorities. This is invasion of my privacy and harassment.
I have sent endless emails and made numerous calls because I cannot log a return for an online purchase, error says that my email address is not valid. If this is the platform to get the attention of Leroy Merlin, then please contact me urgently.
I placed an order and paid for it on 27 Oct, Delivery date still shows 2 November on the website. I called the contact centre, was told that this is a 3rd party supplier, as if to pass the blame. The call agent could not get hold of the supplier and said he would call me back in 10 minutes, I am still waiting. Received a reply on mail late yesterday stating they will get back to me once they have details on the delivery. Still waiting. Sent follow up mails this morning, no answer. Can I just get my order which I already paid for? This is for my client and Leroy Merlin is making my company look bad and creating reputational damage.
