I have bought a new 2025 Suzuki Swift on the 8th Jan 2025, few kilometers after I hv fetch there was a error message. I called my sales man (Moses) he requested that I returned the car immediately. The car was returned, but unfortunately this errors keeps on coming up even they said is fixed. Third time I wrote a letter demanding an exchange or money back. Moses and his manager handled my matter so professional and replaced my car with another one without any arguments. Thanks to all IPOP west rand Suzuki staff. Moses keep up your good work and professionalism. Today I am happy with my car.

I took my suzuki to suzuki west rand 3 months ago for a service i ask them to look at my central locking because it doesnt lock my doors always with the button on my door and my boots buttton to open the boot never works and they told me they will look and the afternoon i ask them about it when i pick the car up they said they didnt look because they havent gave me a price but the car come with the central locking its a suzuki dzire GL and about a month ago i ask them to look at my aux and Bluetooth port because it doesnt work they just tested the fuses and just say they dont know what it is and say i can go they dont wanna do extra effort at all even my door rubbers began to tore a while back SUZUKI IS DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST.... SO DISAPPOINTED 0635658821

Good Day I just want to warn everyone against suzuki as Suzuki Ipop (WESTRAND) inform me that my VEHICLE warranty don't even cover my Sentral Locking as i have the Suzuki dzire 1,2 GL fabrick fitted As i took it twice to Westrand Suzuki onto ondekkers and there inform me there sometimes my Sentral locking lock the vehicle and sometime it does not Im very disappointed into the suzuki brand as this is the same sentral lock that come to the vehicle an my vehicle only have now 76 000km on and strugle from 60 000km And suzuki westrand just pool up there shoulders and soud that there dont care My brother suzuki dzire does the same And every time there say it did not make like that the day the vehicle was with them

The customer service is so bad and the staff is ***********. I bought a thermostat on the 9th and on the 16th I took it back for refund. Tell today no feed back and no one is saying anything. Suzuki Ondekkers road, Roodepoort

These days it is difficult to find good service. Everyone at Suzuki West Rand gave exceptional service, from the dealer principal, Fred. The sales manager, Lyle. Salesman, Rudi, right up until the handover by Duncan. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
