This Morning sunday 16 November 2025 my wife went to ackermans to buy me a tablet at president square so when i got it i saw its too slow and cant use the apps i needed it for then i decided to take it back and spoke to the manager Chenell and they refuse to refund me i literally had it for 3 hours so you dont have any refund policy you buy it you keep it it would have been a different story if i had it like a week but i literally had it 3 hours and you refuse i will never buy anything at ackermans they are the worse to not have a return police you just lost a loyal costumer good day
This bank is so unhelpful i am trying to get the app but it refuses to take my face resignations but its been refusing to for 2 weeks i went to pick n pay they cant even help me i just wanna close my account because they are just so useless i will never recommend tymebank to anyone...
I forgot my app pin then i put it in to many times so they blocked my app then i phoned tymebank and spoke to Gabriely sanda she told me to wait 24 hours on 7 oct 2025 then i will be able to change my password today the 09 oct 2025 after 40 hours i try to change my password and it still not work and i phone tymebank again and today they have a total different story and say i must go to n pick n pay to change the password so i wasted 24 hours of my life for a lady that doesnt know how tymebank work but shes an employer there this is nonsense im leaving tymebank and closing my account just greedy
I asked you guys to give me off this month 25th july 2025 i have send emails from the 10 of july 2025 never got any replies on my email without phoning in until the 21 july 2025 i got approved (10 days later) asking for payment holiday now on my nedbank app it looked like you gave me a payment holiday from the 25th August 2025 why will i ask 45 days ahead for a payment holiday? I even put mfc on hello peter but still till today i havent got any response
I send mfc last week Thursday a email asking for payment holiday its a week later i didnt receive any feedback back i phoned them 3 times since that and all they say is i must wait but it really cant take a week the worst service ever... i have send them 4 emails...
On Thursday i spoke to the chat on the app asking them to change my debit order for my 2 personal loans to the 15th of each month today i asked on the chat again and they told me its still on the 7th so why leid to me and say its done when its not... i have been a client for 15 years and you just lei because you to lazy to do your job

Good morning I took my suzuki to suzuki west rand 3 months ago for a service i ask them to look at my central locking because it doesnt lock my doors always with the button on my door and my boots buttton to open the boot never works and they told me they will look and the afternoon i ask them about it when i pick the car up they said they didnt look because they havent gave me a price but the car come with the central locking its a suzuki dzire GL and about a month ago i ask them to look at my aux and Bluetooth port because it doesnt work they just tested the fuses and just say they dont know what it is and say i can go they dont wanna do extra effort at all even my door rubbers began to tore a while back SUZUKI IS DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST.... I had a aspire credit card then i upgraded it a month ago and then i degraded it about 3 weeks ago because of the extra cost but now they blocked my credit card i have been trying to order a new credit card for the last 3 weeks but the app is so useless now i dont have an active credit card just so useless of fnb....
