I am extremely hurt and disappointed at the treatment I received from the KFC in Irene Link. The supervisor, whose name is apparently Eric, seemed to be not ready and set for service; after all, the operating time on the door clearly states 7:00 am. Eric refused to give me service and claimed that they did not cash up yesterday, and I should therefore wait till they are done cashing up. He further **** and said that everything in the restaurant was not working and that I should turn and come back later. I was even further hurt to see that all the drive-through customers who happened to be white were suddenly helped without any story, yet the machines weren't working. I really feel discriminated against and racially profiled for what, really? I do not know... The service there has always been extremely poor, but today topped it all!!
Its been over a month now and till today nothing has been done to resolve the matter, I am out of option right now and in shock...this is what they had to say in trying to resolve my issue, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted. They are unreliable and ***********. I've been waiting for a refund since 25 December 2024! I've been sent from pillar to post like a ping pong ball as though I'm a mad person!! by Nicole Egeonu, Saajidah Salie and all of their consultants who seem to have no idea of what they are doing. I've followed all steps of their refund policy, and was human enough to be patient with the process but till today I'm still hearing stories by Zanele and the whole asap call centre division. I need my money you bunch of ****mers!
Honestly im tired of doing this with Vodacom, their ****ming tactics are just tiring. Im at a point where I want nothing to do with them 🚮 If they don't **** you of your money they rob and not deliver on the service you pay to get from them. Honestly Vodacom is trash🚮
If they are not ********* they are disrespectful, no respect for customers or even a sense of seriousness. Since 27 Sept I have been in contact with vodacom regarding an illegitimate migration done by one of their agents and to date im still fighting to get this mess sorted. I have spoken to Mamochabo, I spoke to Lucia, I spoke to Alene, I spoke to xolelwa, I spoke to Sinobabalo, Lwazi, I spoke to Maria, I spoke to Lucia, I spoke to Thando...Imagine after speaking to so many people repeating the same story over and over and over again till now nothing is being done. Every agent has a lie to tell regarding the status of my query. One thing for sure Vodacom are ****mer's dont fall into their trap!
