Pathetic service
I bought two different cartridges from Cartridge Guy in April of 2025. They delivered it about a week later. The one cartridge was totally wrong. It was collected and about 2 weeks later they sent the same cartridge. This is after I forward them a picture and correct model NR of cartridge on WhatsApp. I spoke to Andy numerous times. I asked for a refund. When Cartridge Guy simply didn't want to refund, I asked that they keep the money as credit for my next purchase. No answer. I have been removed or blocked from their WhatsApp. It is just wrong for Cartridge Guy to just get away with this kind of behaviour. I am not done with them... after I saw all the negative reviews. I am also in the process of contacting the Ombudsman to see how they can assist.

I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance. I dealt with Sheldon Naidoo today. He was without a doubt very knowledgeable and certainly extremely helpful. I spoke with so many people but Sheldon surpassed them all. Keep it up young man. George Farmer.

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance regarding the AWESOME service I received from Olebogeng Matlou. I had a query on my policy (property insurance) and walked away with a HUGE discount. Except the discount, Olebogeng was friendly, although I gave ger a hard time; very helpful and also very clued-up. Keep it up Olebogeng.
