Worst experience ever. Don’t buy from this store!
Worst experience ever. I bought chairs totally R20000 , each R5000 and R1500 was added for “leather protection”. I went to collect the chairs they got wiped and wrapped with bubble plastic while I was seated. Immediately when I got home , I noticed one of the chairs was torn from the seams and it was quiet evident that the tear had been there a while. I notified the sales lady and she said they are not going to help as I had collected the chairs myself and the route to and from their store is bumpy and full of potholes and that is what caused the damage. My problem is the quality of the chairs, if it can be damaged by been on route for an hour it’s just a matter of time the others get damaged, I can’t even sit on my new chairs I spent R21500 on because of scared that they will be tear from the seams.
