I have had endless buffering problems with their network and yet I have taken an expensive package of uncapped wifi interactions but I'm not enjoying such benefits. I have contacted them through their MWeb App, logged my problems and the response is always the same " they're busy and will attend to my problem", strange enough they are the first to deduct from my account on monthly basis and yet offering poor service
I have purchased a tank and a pump in 2024 towards the end of the year but managed to install everything earlier in January 2025. It worked perfectly well since but lately I realized that the pump is loosing pressure and cannot supply the water into the house. I sent them an email and attached my contact details, I stated my challenges but to date there has been no response whatsoever from Rototank. To me that poorest service delivery because they need to respond to my problem and offer solutions
The rendered a service secondary to none. I requested the taxi service, and it arrived on time as per my arrangement . That was done in two consecutive days, and that was impressive. I recall that I never received such treatment while at Absa Insurance. It was a nightmare, and on some occasions, I was never fetched, although the call was logged.
