This must be one of the worst companies on the planet. There is phone for customer service and the chat is a complete joke. Many hours for a disjointed response then nothing more for hours. Promised delivery on Monday, stayed home all day waiting. Tried to get confirmation since early morning only to discover they said they would deliver the parcel the following day. Literally ALL DAY on their chat to reschedule for the following day when we can wait all day again for these idiots. They must close their doors immediately or sell the company to someone who can actually manage it.
Terrible terrible sales service. If the sales is that bad before they’ve gotten the sale I can’t imagine what the service after is like. Wait I don’t have to imagine, just read their ****py reviews. I tried multiple times to purchase a jetted tub from them, I even stopped by their showroom which looks more like a warehouse. I tried multiple times to deal with their sales rep Charl who was completely unresponsive and when the receptionist at the showroom phone him he was apologetic and still afterwards completely unresponsive! How do you people stay in business??? I ultimately purchased a spa from SummerPlace spas and have been dealing with one of the owners. Even after the purchase I have had numerous questions regarding installation, etc and he always gets back to me immediately and is very professional. End of the day Superior did me a favor by sending me to the competitor, many thanks.
