As soon as I told them I want to order a product they changed the price on the website and upped it by R400. From a machine that was going to cost R 449 it is now R889.20. All I was told was go look at the price now its been updated. This feel like ***** and a huge ****
I rated Pedros in Norwod a 5 out of 5 before and have ordered nearly every week from them. Tonight I ordered again DFD201981758 and waited 2 hours and still no delivery. The manager could not find my order then promised to call back and never did. Then told me 2 hours later there are no drivers so I can come and collect. Why would I order from MrD if I wanted to collect. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this. and the pathetic excuses from the manager.

Our website was suspended even though we had paid until Feb 24 and I have been waiting for 3 days to have your accounts department reactivate my website. I get no response from your support team. This time of year is very beneficial to our wildlife foundation but we cannot access it because for some accounting blunder.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We placed an order in September and were promised delivery in October. This was then shanged to 1st week in November, then 2nd week in November. I escalated the complaint and the manager of the Kramerville branch promised to follow up but I am still waiting for the call. The salesperson Nellie said she emailed and called but when asked for the proof of email, there was none. This is ridiculous from a company that brands itself as Elite. Terrible terrible service.
