bad costumers service
My very bad experience with ClickNow concerns a warranty claim. Initially they seem prepared to wrap this up neatly, but the handling at the end is nil, they no longer respond to any WhatsApp and I am left with a broken chair.

Appalling Service
The level of service this place gives is beyond appalling. Calls don't get answered. No one gets back to you when inquiring. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very bad service and I still have not received any call backs or message responses.

As soon as I told them I want to order a product they changed the price on the website and upped it by R400. From a machine that was going to cost R 449 it is now R889.20. All I was told was go look at the price now its been updated. This feel like ***** and a huge ****

My advice to people is that do not order from Clicknow. All those items are purchased at China mall and sold to you with highest price. They sent them out knowing that the item is dysfunctional, broken or not working. It will take forever to get a refund because they change employees every week. You only get refunded because you're threatening to take them to court or lay a complaint with the police. Buy from them at your own risk. They only care about getting money. Their service is horrible and they will never know what customer service is. It is run by foreigners. They **** people their hard earned money. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Risky online retailer
Hi, I had a terrible experience shopping at ClickNow. I ignored my logical sensible self after reading the other poor reviews of this online retailer and decided to go for broke with a small purchase of 3 items - the other big dominating online retailer needs competition so I did it. I made the purchase in the first week of December and after much agony of texting and follow up texts (lots were ignored) - and the phone is never answered - I finally received my refund in January 2024, of the goods that were not in stock. So yes, there are lots of items to purchase on this site and the prices are reasonable but the service is appalling - give it a year or so until they sort out their admin and delivery network then risk buying here.

Placed a first order, payment via payfast, so it shouldnt be too bad? right? Want to know if I can get the items Before the weekend? Hey, I pay for courier - so why not. so either tell me yes or no. Nope. Doesnt respond via email sent then emails the previous 2 days, just asking the at least to acknowledge that they received my emails . No response. i don't mind not having the items in time, but at least tell me "got your email, sorry no can do" "we are having issues"
