I've made a payment of R750 to kaya konekta internet solutions on Tuesday 31st March 2026 being helped by one of their agent Mr Dan . I was then told I will get the internet connection within 24 hours, then 24 hours past i called the Mr Dan asking what's happening he kept on saying I'm still talking to Kaya I'll get back to you. On Thursday the second I then called him asking for Kaya contact numbers , firstly I tried on WhatsApp I just got blue ticked and no response. I called them with no response i then called Mr Dan with same story telling me they it's Easter holidays surely I'll get connected on Monday, Monday came nothing, I called on WhatsApp him telling him to tell Kaya I want my money and I'm comingto his house,HE THEN SENT ME PASSWORD THAT WASN'T WORKING , later i tried calling Kaya again and lady picked up saying my account was blocked and I said how because I'm new here and She said she has no clue but she said they will send technicians on Wednesday the 8th to assist but still nothing and both Kaya and Dan are nolonger picking my calls.This internet solutions is **** please people don't use their services. I WANT MY MONEY KAYA KONEKTA!!!!!
NEVER EVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE. Placed an order on 29 November 2024 only got one item from them and from the 4th of December I started calling the customer service, emailing but couldn't get an answer every one I spoke to kept on saying they will get to me regarding my order until I decided to call them to cancel the remaining order on the 19th of December and that still didn't help because everytime I'll call the customer care I will be told that they are processing my cancelation. Called again on the 27th of December the lady I spoke to said that they will look in that matter as it has been escalated minutes after that got an email from Katleho Maleho (Makro) saying I'll get a feedback within 72 hours and still didn't get that feedback. On the 3rd I wrote my complain and on the 4th I got an email from Subusiso Gaula (Makro) followed by a call saying that he is busy with my cancelation and that also didn't work. On the 27th of December i called again the guy I spoke to said nothing was done with my order MAK8344650 meaning no cancelation was done He then put me through to Makro Vanderbijlpark I spoke to the lady by the name of Tumi she said they didn't know about this query then further said I'll get my refund latest by Friday the 10th of January and today is the 15 of January and still no money in my account.
After logging a complain here, I immediately got an email from Subusiso Gaula ( Makro) followed by a call from him with apologies regarding my order saying he's busy with my refund. Today decided to make a follow up since i haven't received any refund, i then called Makro customer care line and the guy I spoke to on the line said no changes has been done to my order till this day meaning no cancelation was made. He then called Makro in Vaal I spoke to a lady by the name od Tumelo she said they only got my complain today nothing was forwarded to them she then said I'll get my refund as soon as courier return the items. Makro pls pay my money!
Clicknow is PATHETIC! online store. I placed an order on Saturday 21st December 2024, been calling them ever since , tried to whatsapp and no answer till today. This store needs to be closed.
Makro online is pathetic! I placed an order on 29 November 2024 #8344650 and when i checked out it said my order will be delivered on Monday 2nd of December 2024, didn't received my order on the 2nd. I then started calling customer care from Tuesday trying to find out why haven't i received my order yet and I was told there's a delay since it's black Friday, i kept on calling, emailing but no help, everyone i spoke to when calling the customer care line kept on saying they will get back on me but didn't . I ended up canceling the order on the 19th of December and still today I haven't got my refund. I called again today 27 December 2024 the lady i spoke to put called the Vanderbijlpark branch and spoke to some guy but they will look in that matter as it has been escalated then minutes after that i got an email from Katleho Maleho (Makro) saying I'll get a feedback within 72 hours.
