Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley I am writing to formally complain about the poor level of service I received over the phone on December 26, 2025 @ 10h44. The tone used by whoever answered the phone was unprofessional and discourteous, which was quite unexpected and disappointing. She was rude and uncouth!
The level of service this place gives is beyond appalling. Calls don't get answered. No one gets back to you when inquiring. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very bad service and I still have not received any call backs or message responses.
It is so frustrating that one can't get through to your accounts department. I've been calling since 08:05 this morning and every time my call gets cut whilst in the queue. Also, there is no option for "other account queries" when calling the accounts department. The options available telephonically don't include my query. I've sent an email with regards to an issue with my account and I haven't received any response. The whatsapp "chat to accounts" doesn't work.
So this week twice, Uber has taken money for rides that were not done and has not refunded yet. Usually Uber would refund the amounts and this time they haven't. My account still shows the debited amounts and upon querying with uber on the app, I was advised that the trip was cancelled. Be that maybe, the driver cancelled the trip and the amount was debited from my account. This is daylight ******* and I need my refunds! I have no intention of using uber again until this has been resolved. There is obviously an issue with Uber because I see other people complaining about the same problem.
Danie was here to do the installation and he was very professional and friendly from the minute he called until the installation was complete + he was quick. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Danie 👌🏽

It seems like the only way to get through to Vox is through Hellopeter 😒 My account is always up to date for 2 years now. Vox sent me a notice of suspension and I sent P.O.P. I was unaware there is an extra R649 amount due because I never received the invoice. Anyway, I've made an immediate payment, sent P.O.P and I can't get through to accounts so that services can be restored. Please assist urgently. I use this line for my businesses and it's extremely difficult to run my businesses without a connection. I just need my services to be activated, that's all. There is absolutely no one that responds to enquiries made to Sanlam Unclaimed Benefits Pension Preservation Fund. It's week 3 and no response at all.
Vox customer service is the worst!! No feedback provided about the connection we haven't had for 2 days nows. Vox logged a call with Frogfoot fibre and frogfoot confirmed that they sent feedback to Vox already and everything is fine on their side. Vox hasn't even provided feedback to me as their client. Frogfoot responded immediately to my query and even called me but nothing from Vox. After holding on the line for Vox 3 times @ 20 minutes per call I still haven't been assisted! I have no intention of renewing my contract when it ends! CONNECTION STILL NOT WORKING AND NO FEEDBACK AND NO TECHNICIAN SENT! THE APPALLING SERVICE FROM THE CONSULTANTS MAKES MATTERS WORSE AS THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE!
If I would give zero rating I would. It's 4 months later after cancelling my vehicle insurance and 1st for women still deducts!! I'm really at my wits end regarding this and I don't know how I'll be able to use your services again given that I haven't been assisted.
