Bad service, poor administrator they should be removed on from my provident fund
This administrator is useless, I struggled to cash out my 2pot savings last year, their communication skills is very poor, their app just locks you out for no reason, even if u use ur correct login details, it says they are wrong. Now I want to access my Tax certificate from 2 days ago No assistance till today. I wonder wat will happen to my beneficiaries should I die today. They will struggle to claim.

Makro Nightmare
Poor service, have placed my order on the 29th December till today I'm still waiting for my delivery, they take forever to respond to their emails and Whatsapp and when they do reply they are no help at all. Some items were removed from my list also not happy about that

They do not communicate with their clients, their website is weak, can't login with my username and password, they take forever to respond on the emails, no feedback or communication regarding the 2 pots system

I don't know why they are chosen to deduct money from my payslip, they can't even email you the monthly statement,they don't even have an email address especially the one in Pretoria ai

No communication
Their communication channel is very bad, they do not respond to emails or even their Whatsapp line. You only get responds from autobots and that's it. Not even a phone call. I regret getting a loan from them
