If there was a minus star rating I would have selected -10000000. We went to the store in Stonewood Business Park, Unit 2, Pinehurst, 3 Tanzanite Cres, Bonnie Brae, 7550. We received very good service from Mario to select our custom made couch, but that was where the service stopped. We received our quote for the custom made couch and paid our deposit to get the ball rolling on the process. We then waited for a long time before we were contacted to pay the outstanding balance for them to be able to finish the job. After another long waiting period we had to contact them just to find out that there was a problem with the material that we chose and then was offered to wait for replacement material or to select different material. Finally when the couch was finished it was arranged that we meet them at home at 10am for delivery, at 12pm they still did not arrive. Finally at 6pm that day the couch was delivered and upon checking it was found that the stitching was not up to standard, the seams were all *****ed and the there were stains on both arm rests. After another long wait they came to fetch the couch for repairs a day before the factory closed for the holiday season, this was not communicated with us and we ended up having to borrow a couch from a friend to be able to have something to sit on. This morning when I once again had to phone the store to find out how long we still have to wait, I was informed that the factory is still closed. When I then asked to speak with the manager, I was told that he is on holiday abroad. I have now reached the end of my tether with Bellville Furniture. I will not be referring anyone to buy from them at all. We made the biggest mistake by not doing our homework regarding a background check before we decided to support this company. We are not the first customer this has happened to if you go read the google reviews. Please don't make the same mistake as we did.

Don't waste your time and money on this tracking company. They are very helpful when it comes to signing up , but lacks a hell of a lot when it comes to after service. I have been logging numerous amounts of case logs because the tracker unit is not operating properly. I was placed on hold for 48mins after having to phone them instead of them phoning me regarding my problem, I eventually put the phone down. People , please don't subscribe with them , the biggest mistake of my life. BE WARNED.....
