Absolutely ********** experience on every level. DO NOT USE THEM. They delivered the incorrect order to us and do not answer their phone or respond to emails on how we can rectify the matter. This has been a complete waste of hard-earned money, and a Matric daughter who is so stressed because her Art supplies needed for her Matric project have not arrived. I cannot believe that a business like this can take people's money so readily and not care about post-sales customer service.
Phenomenal customer service. I ordered via the app and needed to return a few items. After a user-error on my part, the time to return items had passed. The BASH support team assisted in arranging for the items to be collected within 24 hours, and my refund was processed within 48 hours thereafter. Needless to say, I feel highly confident purchasing items from them - their customer service is next level!
I was so excited about Cielo's offering and wide range of products, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing and a waste of money. We bought my teenage daughter the Cecily Double Bed: https://www.cielo.co.za/double-beds/cecily-double-bed. It lasted a few months before the wooden slats supporting the mattress broke. Cielo refused to give us a new bed with a different design, and instead repaired the bed (which took quite a while) by replacing the wooden slats with thicker wooden slats. It lasted less than a year, but by now our warranty has run out and they are refusing to do anything about it. She absolutely loved the design but it really isn't financially viable buying low quality items that don't last longer than a few months. Their Customer Service is also quite awful - you have to keep following up, and even then, we have had no response to our request to speak to a manager. Lesson learned - I won't be buying anything from them again.. Pity.
