Disappointing service from Cartrack
I recently became aware that my contract for a tracker had ended and had automatically moved to a month-to-month arrangement, which resulted in an increase in my monthly deductions. While I acknowledge that I should have been more attentive to my contract dates, I was not informed at any point that my contract was nearing its end or had expired. What I find particularly disappointing is that I was contacted for the purpose of being offered additional services, yet I did not receive any communication regarding a significant change to my existing contract. This creates the impression that communication is prioritised for sales opportunities rather than for maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction. I believe it would be reasonable and in the interest of good customer service to notify clients of important changes such as contract expiry and pricing adjustments. Clear and proactive communication would go a long way in building trust and long-term customer relationships.

While the service provider (Renew-t, Bedfordview) that repaired my vehicle was awesome with providing feedback and the standard of their work I am disappointed with the service from Outsurance
While the service provider (Renew-t, Bedfordview) that repaired my vehicle was awesome with providing feedback and the standard of their work I am disappointed with the service from Outsurance. They have not communicated with me regarding while the repair work was being done. More importantly I have had no contact regarding the investigation that they promised will happen to recover my excess from the party that reversed into me.

Totally accommodating staff
The staff were amazing. From the receptionist to restaurant staff and ladies at spa, everybody made sure that our stay was something to remember. They went out of their way to accommodate our special requests-one vegetarian, one dealing with cancer diagnosis. The chef in particular came out to us to ask for our preferences. The only downside was that when showering in the morning, the water was lukewarm. However the owner provided us with keys to a vacant room for us to shower. Will definitely recommend to anybody wanting a relaxing weekend away.
