Order ever arrived. I’ve wasted over R300 calling the Courier IT. I honestly don’t understand why they used courier it despite knowing this courier company’s reputation of not delivering. I am so disappointed and tomorrow I am going to the store myself to get what I paid for!
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with ABSA’s lack of support and the complete disregard for my case (ASZA**********63) that has been ongoing since December of last year. Over three months have passed without any meaningful progress or resolution, despite my constant attempts to reach ou everyday.I have called ABSA multiple times, but every call ends with no solution. I am currently in a state of financial and personal distress, facing homelessness, and in dire need of access to my locked funds. It is heartbreaking to feel completely ignored and helpless, especially when my situation has become critical. The stress this has caused me, both financially and mentally, is unbearable, and the lack of empathy from ABSA has only worsened my situatom At this point, I feel as though I have no options left but to just take my own life coz it’s been 3 MONTHS with no access to my funds. I keep getting told the case has been resolved and the account will be reinstated but till today it’s still locked with over 30k of my funds. I don’t know where else to turn. I keep admitting myself in and out of the psychiatric ward because I have nowhere else to go as I cannot afford accommodation with all my funds locked for over 3 months. I am left with no answers, no support, and no hope that ABSA will take this seriously. I am being denied access to my own money, and the consequences are severe at this point I’m thinking to even just jump off a building and end all this suffering I’ve endured for far too long coz I can’t take it anymore I am beyond broken and out of options and it’s clear no one cares, nobody ever cared about a nobody without any status or connections

My orders have been delayed for over 12 hours, even though I used the instant buy option to purchase my BTC. When I try to reach customer support, they ignore me for days. The only person responding to my emails is one of their consultants, Dee (dee@easy-crypto.intercom-mail.com), but still, my crypto has not been released. Instead, I’ve been asked what I plan to do with it and where I’m sending it. Since when does the reason for buying crypto affect whether an order is released? This is the second time this has happened, and I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. This could very well be the last time I use EasyCrypto. I’ve lost money in the process when the goal was to make a profit this is absolutely disgusting

However, my recent experience has been nothing short of devastating. After having my account suddenly suspended without any prior warning or explanation, I reached out to customer support in an attempt to understand why this action was taken. What followed was an incredibly frustrating and disheartening response: I was informed that my account had been "terminated" due to a violation of the Terms of Use, but without any specific details or reasons being provided. I was left in the dark, with no clarity on what exactly went wrong. It is one thing to have an account suspended – we all make mistakes, and sometimes things happen. But it is another to be told that my account was in violation of rules without any explanation or evidence, especially when I have always strived to comply with all the platform’s guidelines. The lack of transparency and the inability to receive any further explanation has left me feeling helpless, confused, and completely alienated as a customer. As a platform that prides itself on security, transparency, and customer satisfaction, I expected more from Binance. When an issue like this arises, customers deserve a fair chance to understand what went wrong and how to resolve it. Instead, I’m left with nothing but vague responses and a feeling of being unfairly treated. I’ve invested not just money but trust into Binance, and this experience has shaken my confidence in the platform. The inability or unwillingness to provide a clear explanation about the reasons behind my account suspension is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Binance's commitment to treating its users fairly. I urge Binance to reconsider how it handles these situations and to improve communication with its users. After all, we are the ones who contribute to the platform’s success. If Binance truly cares about its customer base, it will take the necessary steps to ensure that situations like mine don’t happen again, and that people like me are given the transparency and respect we deserve. I opened a Aftican bank account less than a week ago and it’s alreday locked. I called the same day it got locked because I was expecting a payment into my account. I was told that my account is locked due to a negative balance and I need to deposit money into the account to fix that. I did an egg transfer to the account and till today 3 days later account is still locked. Account still has a 0.00 balance when I made 2 EFTs to the account amounting up to R4400. I honestly am lost for words at how useless this bank is. Would not recommend anyone to open an account here at all. You will be locked out of your account for weeks on end without any communication from the bank and when you try to call them them will take you for a fool telling you senseless things instead of actually unlocking your account! R4400 lost just like that and the Aftican bank still has no form of help to offer at all
If it was possible to rate zero stars I would have because that is what this disgusting company deserves. I opened a fibre account with them and each month they kept debiting me amounts that were higher than the amount I had signed up for. Each time I call them to explain why I’m being charged more than what I’m suppose to pay they kept telling me it’s service fees. Fast forward to two months ago when I cancelled their services because I had had enough out then double charging me. Mind you, I paid off the router and I had no outstanding fees on my account. However, till today they are still debiting my account every month. I’ve wasted over R300 in airtime calling them back and forth and still no one is able to help me concerning this issue. I went to their office where I had initially opened the account and they made me look like a mad woman and called the security to kick me out of their office. Today I have resorted to cancelling my bank account entirely and switch banks because apparently my bank cannot cancel this Telkom debit either before Telkom approves the cancellation with the bank. I would warn anyone who’s contemplating on dealing with company to stir clear off Telkom to save yourself the stress and the headache. It is such a messy company to deal with. They’ve taken over R3000 out of my pocket *******ly with their non-stop debits and I have finally made peace with the fact that I won’t be getting my money back but what I do know is that they are not getting even a cent out of my account ever again. I will never even look their direction for any service ever again!
