Dischem online shopping
I'm gonna give them 4 stars for giving me good feedback. I ordered a few things online and chose the cheaper delivery option, who wouldn't. Then they delivered one packet in a different town and a nother in same town,but wrong adress. I made contact and the lady advised me to rather use the more expensive delivery option in the future,because that company is more reliable. I did get my packages, just because the people that got my packages made contact and i went to fetch my packages at there home.

Good service
Since i moved to a small town in the Northern Cape ,i had to rely on takealot for most of my online shopping. I buy everything on takealot and have bought some good and some bad products, but every time i wasn't happy ,i just returned it,hassle free ,with a full refund or exchange.At no extra cost to me.There communication is good and delivery fast. #BlackFriday

Bad service
I bought cosmetics and skin products online. There were now communication for when i can expect my package and waited 10 day for my stuff.When it eventually arrived ,one product was the wrong color foundation. I then emailed them and the only response i got was ( sorry for the inconvenience) #blackfriday
