What a disastrous place to trust a business with service and your money, the manager's behave like kids and the entire place has turned into a circus together with the staff members. I requested for a layby refund of R6500 on the 05 because the junkie of a place it has turned into and the unprofessional behaviour from both the employees and the manager. Even today I have not yet got my refund, everytime when I call their store they say the manager is not there or she's in he toilet, the last time I called they said she was in the meeting and I request that she gets back to me but she hasn't called me back. I received too many unreasonable stories and all I want is my money back because now I'm not in Gauteng and I was told about the EFT but I still haven't got my money even after being told that I should send my proof of account.
So there's an agent by the name of Keletso Motiang whom we were arranging with concerning an apartment. So we researched for a property around Midrand and we came across Willow Crust property. So we got the unprofessional and rude guy's number on the post then we contacted him. So we spoke to him and explained to him that we will need a room which we will move in on the 31 of October because we we're desperate as City property required us to move out on that date at 12pm or there'll be a fine for that if we don't move out at that time so he said he does have available apartment for us and we should arrange for a review on the 24. Long story fast forward he did not explain that there was still a tenant Living in that apartment so he took us to view another apartment which we thought we'll be moving in. Again after viewing we were interested in the apartment and we agreed with moving in on the 31 of October we still have proof of watsapp. Wow today which is the 31 we moved out of city property then we called him and told him even yesterday we told him he said okay. Yet we paid a deposit and rent already before the 31. When we got there the security did not allow us in, we called him he was not answering then after waiting for 30 minutes for him he sent a watsapp stating that the guy said he'll move out on the 12 of October and he said the guy is always giving them a problem when he has to pay rent and he hasn't been in that apartment for weeks. So I asked him why didn't he tell us on time now that we were at the gate he started because unprofessional about it, then we asked can't they move that guy's furniture somewhere or don't they have a place us to stay. He said no they are waiting for the lawyers mind you we did not have any money with us. We paid deposit,rent and the logistics also labour.we stated arguing because he was not coming up with a solution then we called their head office and we also experienced the same attitude from the white lady called Merry-anne so she said there's nothing they can do. Yohhhh this story is too long. I'm so angry right now, we waited there for hours with the security calling them and the were both declining our calls they ended up not picking. We were so stressed because even the driver said he's losing money while he's busy waiting for us.he charged us more which we did not have. We kept on calling and calling. From one call to another,no one was picking. We called the lady on watsapp she was also not picking, crying and stressed as we were it was a horrible experience. After those hours a white guy called and said he can assist with an apartment at Centurion, another money again to move the furniture. The apartment that we got here is smelling and very dirty. Way lesser and looks like it was abandoned for years. Everything is a mess in here and it doesn't look safe. I wish there was a way I could send pictures for you to see. I'm highly disappointed and very angry right now as we speak. People can be heartless out there. I'll never forget this day. I need a positive feed back as soon as possible. This story is too short for me, a lot has happened today
This law firm is such a disappointments, up to so far all the reviews I've read about them are true. If I had known that I should do a dig in about then I swear I wouldn't have joined. The lies that they told me about assisting me with my case after I've explained to them the whole story and now that I need help to be represented about that same story then the lady who gave me a bad attitude and even kept on crushing me when I was speaking told me that they can't assist me with that case. She said I have to pay for it as, before I joined I explained my story to them and they said they can help me if I join now that I've joined for months they are telling me that it's not a personal matter and they can't assist. What a disappointments on the last minutes, they suck our money every month and yet the customer service is bad and we don't get the help we need from them. They should've explained this to me before I joined rather they waited for me to join so that they can show me their true colors. This company is such a disastrous and a disappointment. I've learned the hardest way now that I'm on my own
