Fantastic service, friendly amd helpful. It was an absolute breeze to book our holiday with them. They also have a wide variety of accommodation available for any budget.
Highly recommend - great food and service. Clean as well. Try their burgers and DEFINITELY the chocolate lave cake! We'll absolutely return when we take a trip to Hartebee****rt again.
On 7 Oct 2025 at 06:54 I placed an order online for an item I could only find in the online store so I thought, let me try it out. BAD IDEA. Since I like to keep track of things I order online (bad memory will let me down to forget I even placed an order), I gave head office a call on the 9th just to check in. The 10th I got an e-mail, "ready to ship". On the 13th, another e-mail, "shipped". The 21st at 18:30, "ready for store pick up". I called them nearly EVERY SINGLE DAY until the 21st where I was told a different story during almost each phone call. Why did it take just 1 day away from 2 weeks to deliver to the store? So, since I got the e-mail late on Tuesday the 21st, I went to the store the next morning at 9am. Signed the DN, very excitedly went on my merry way and immediately put the item in the rinse cycle when I got home. Later that afternoon, I finally got to make my son's bed with the new bedding, only to find that the material was hooked by something and on some areas looked as if the machine that's used to press the print had burned the material, leaving black spots. Once again, I had to go to the store the next day to return the item, only to be told (by the wonderful ladies at the store) that they have no idea why it took 2 weeks to be sent because the store where the item came from was in the West Rand, the store I picked up from is in the East Rand. I will NEVER order online from Sheet Street again (makes me nervous for MrPrice now) and I advise other customers to stay away from their online store. So the whole problem here is: Why did it take 2 weeks to get delivered to the store (website states 5-7 working days)? Why was the item damaged when it finally arrived (I took photo's)? Why did it have to cost me 14+ phone calls, my fuel, printer ink, paper, power (to print the initial e-mail confirming payment of my order to get a refund)? I mist say, however, Wandile at the call centre of 0800212535 was sush a great help, he even went out of his way to call me back after I spoke to someone else and left a message for her to let him know I did call for him. Another thing I feel that I should mention is that the ladies at the physical stores (we have been to many different stores in and around our area, as far as Edenvale) - these girls are always friendly and happy to help. I'm incredibly disappointed with my first and final experience with Sheet Street Online.
Khoza Cate was very helpful and respectful to the fact that I asked not to be contacted until I know what my husband and I decdie on. Very friendly too.
When I couldn't hear anyone on the other side of the call, the lady called me back (awesome by the way) and she helped me with my problem, no problem.
My current router and network signal is terrible, but this very intelligent agent, Sinesipho Mguli, helped me every step of the way to upgrade and she was able to answer all my questions without issues. Loved talking to her, she's amazing at her job.
