Poor delivery and customer care
Delaying delivery after they incorrectly dropped off at incorrect pick up point. Delivery dates shifted numerous times. Ridiculous amount of emails and phone calls sent back and forward probably had a talk with every single one with a phone there. All with different feeback and contradicting info. Worst of all this is an item that was ordered to be installed to reduce with water supply issues for someone as there are constant lack of water. Escalated to their management but still no response. 14 days it takes them to still do nothing and not provide a single clear and valid explanation of what is going on.

Poor commitment to delivery.
Constantly delaying with deliveries and shifting delivery dates. Order placed and payed 2 weeks ago. Delivery dates shifted 3 times in this period and now still awaiting items that is urgent.

Food *****s Secunda Mpumalanga
Did shopping at food *****s in Secunda and requested a deboned full chicken marinated and the product received was ridiculous. The chicken looks like it was shredded and minced. Could not evaluate the product initially in its vacuum packed packing and was frozen, but once thawed it was disappointing + dificult/impossible to braai shredded and minced meat on a regular grid.
