My ABSA cheque acct. was handed over to them I paid the settlement offer 25 March 2025 and never received a paid up letter. Got a text message this year that my acct was handed over to a different law firm. When I call them they’re being rude and do not respond on WhatsApp. ****mers of note and I later received an email to say they’re no longer handling my account and even after sending proof that I made the payment last year. Need this resolved as in yesterday !!

A very horrible service from flycool. I made a payment via easypay on the 6th of Nov. I haven’t had connection since then. They tell me they haven’t received my payment I sent proof multiple times and was advised they waiting for feedback from Vuma. Till today Its back and forth with their agents. You can’t even call them . Communication is just terrible
