YE ATTORNEYS ARE RUNNING A ****
My ABSA cheque acct. was handed over to them I paid the settlement offer 25 March 2025 and never received a paid up letter. Got a text message this year that my acct was handed over to a different law firm. When I call them they’re being rude and do not respond on WhatsApp. ****mers of note and I later received an email to say they’re no longer handling my account and even after sending proof that I made the payment last year. Need this resolved as in yesterday !!

Worst consultants ever
I have had the worst experience with a consultant there Shirliz she refused to give me her surname has been whatsapping me so rudely all because they were *********** with my payment made in December as I paid early they did not inform absa and was debited R5336. They made the whole process exhausting

Disgusted
This company is delaying my refund But when I paid, they were all over my emails, now they do not reply to any of my mails I paid a deposit of R14 317 for a property We decided to not proceed with the property development. All was good, arrangements done. Then was told wasted costs was around R8000. We agreed and we have been waiting for a refund since August. Now since last week I was on their case and they are not responding

Public be on alert for YE ATTORNEYS....even with arrangements terms in place....written agreement to ABSA LOANS they threaten to aution movable/ immovable goods from your property!!!! and so unprofessional consultants when calling into YE just " hi" please go back to training with your manager!!!!

R350 not receiy
Requested Surplus r350 paid over by ansa to you after my cheque account is closed . Already requested it 3 times in last week. I forwarded you my bank details as well Capitec bank directly to your people I need this money urgently. I have to pay other accounts.viy cant take so long to pay it over If one is not paying you then you are quick to send SMS but if you must pay over then nothing is happening. There was no request to pay back to Absa.

YE Attorneys collecting on closed account
I had issues with ABSA about a card I never received so I was never able to use the account then they handed me over to these attorneys I then made payments however I raised a query with the banking ombudsman because ABSA never contractually provided me with a service as I was never presented with a card to transact with then absa sent me an email saying that they have now closed that account however these people from YE Attorneys are pestering me daily after I sent them the correspondence from absa bank to date they send me sms and emails and call me every 5 minutes during the day I called them and told them that the account is closed they refused to acknowledge this and have since continued bothering me I will report them to the legal practice council if they bill me and will lodge a complaint against them with the council of debt collectors cause they are calling me for a debt which never existed and an account is closed
