I attempted to join Royal a week ago and paid premium of R506 Then i was told that the members I wanted to cover,some of them are already covered by other people. Then I understood and decided to cancel the whole policy. Now the refund process is taking forever and i followed the steps i was asked to take. A week now and no refund

Worst service ever, the agents are not even going the extra mile to assist When I want to downgrade my service I have to pay R350 for downgrade and also an additional amount for the new downgrade package. I booked my MG Zs luxury for a service, then was advices to bring it between 7am_8am My car was still not attended to at 15h00 as it has a dashboard camera I had to call in first to complain What is the point of making a booking and bringing a car in at 8 only for it to be attended after 3pm. I have been waiting for my refund and no feedback. My insurance commenced 28th Jan 2025 and was told that I will only be charged prorata for the 30th and 31st of only around R200. Then my 1st premium will only be deducted on the 20th each month going forward. However on the 30th I was charged the whole premium without my consent.
