NCL EPIC: HIDDEN TAX CHARGES AND *****ULENT
We bought the all inclusive drinks package for our cruise in NCL EPIC during the rugby world cup. Only when we were on board we were informed that there will be taxes on all beverages which costs the same as a drink in SA. They did not advise this from the start. Guest services have been full all the time with guests complaining about the same issue. I have not heard a single guest who was aware in advance that we will have to pay taxes. We have been on cruises before and never did we have to pay taxes. This was very disappointing and it stole so much joy from our trip! I will NEVER again go on NCL. Costa is much better i.t.o drinks package, shows, food etc if i may make a suggestion.

TERRIBLE
Mc Donald's Vaal Mall is useless. They cannot make milkshakes. No notice at the beginning of the line outside so you have to go through the whole drive through (with a long Que) only to hear you cannot order milkshake. Also the menu has 6 items on to order from, no full menu on display and the menu is only at the machine where you have to order so you cannot think about what you want to order while waiting in the line. Poor planning. My first and last time to visit Mc Donalds Vaal Mall.
