My wife and I purchased the LIFETIME membership from World Vacation on the 14 September 2023 after a sensational convincing presentation in Ballito that met our personal needs especially with regards to Levies of our Time Share that we own. My wife and I were both convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that they will take over the payment of our time-share levies completely out of our hands and will never form part of our obligation or be handed down to our estate after our demise. Due to the special offer that was only available for the day we paid for it immediately to qualify for the discounted special. We followed through as instructed to Client Services to finalise the registration. Client Services are constantly not available with auto reply. Client Services appear clueless with regards to the presentation and the promises made by the Sales Reps. We had to make numerous calls over several days to have our registration finalised on the system so that we can start utilising our benefits according to the agreement. The registration was finalised on the 20 September 2023. From the 21st September 2023 we were anxious about the validity of this company due to the lack of communication from Client Services. Only on the 5th October 2023 did she request our Time Share Documents which was emailed to her timeously. No further communication was received to date from Client . We are desperate to obtain information of our Levy payment To our Time Share Resort which was promised at the presentation for the years 2023 and 2024. Being tired of forwarding messages via "whats app" to Client Services and the automated replies we managed to obtain a new contact address from the web site. We obtained a response and forwarded all required information. A response was received indicating that the time share unit for the week was advertised in their e news letter. An email was received from World Vacation indicating that levies will be paid in advance contrary to what was promised at the presentation. Currently our levies for both the years have not been paid to us to date. There are 3 other customers known to us that are in a similar situation purchased during the same period as us. Further it was cheaper to book our vacations via other web sites and the promise of WV bookings did not materialise. We have these in writings.

I purchased the iTouch X on the 29 June 2022 from the Branch in the House and Garden Show in Durban with a Life Time Gurantee on the equipment. The Salesman, Caspir provided my friend and I super excellent service. My wife and I use this machine regularly at least once a week. However we started experiencing problem with the battery life of the equipment lasting approximately 50 minutes compared to weeks when we first purchased it. We have tried contacting the company via email and cell phone with no success. The wesite shows the business as open for trade with all their contact details. No acknowledgement or response has been forthcoming for over 6 months.
