Professional Service
A very big shout out to Etienne and Jacques for the utmost professional and personal assistance to my wife who had a tyre blow-out on the N7 29/07/2025 at about 06:00. You went beyond your duty to assist my wife, saw to her safety and assistance with the problem. You made sure she arrived safely at her destination as well as assist with everything else. Poor Customer Service
I have decided to start an investment portfolio with Banxso Cape Town and regestered online. Very soon a consultant contacted me to get all my particulars and made sure I pay money into the account without delay. Did that and was promised a Success Manager will contact me to start things. Nobody cantacted. I enquired and then received a message via the app to submit some documents. I did that immediately and low and behold, received 3 more of the same messages - I comp**** every time. Day nr 3 a Success manager called me and told me he is my manager but does not have time to talk to me as he has appointmens waiting. He said somebody else will contact................. it is 4 days further and I am still waiting for that somebody!!!!! I have deposited R12 000.00 and three days ago demanded my money back just to receive an email today that they can only pay half of it back, then I must do another claim for what ever is left...............really???? Very Very bad experience!!!!!!!!!
