A flight booking was made through Bravofly in February 2024 to fly from Cape Town to NZ on the 4th of November 2024. On the 4th of November I fell at the Cape Town airport, resulting in a broken leg and was rushed to hospital. The flights were moved and the canceled, all as per the requirements. Was informed that I will get a refund of my flight tickets. After numerous follow up, nothing forthcoming. Bravofly is one of the worst booking agents out there, do not ever book through them.
I logged a query to see if I can change my debit order frequency. Received a ticket number 665280 almost instantly. Got feedback very quickly to my request, I send my answer and very shortly after that my request was acknowledged and implemented. Must say I am very impressed with the prompt and accurate response.
