Telkom Insurance underwriten by Omart is the last Insurance you can resort to when you want to insure your device, I wouldn't recommend any consumer to insure with them. I submitted a claim two weeks ago, my premiums are all up to date. The level of incompetence they have, when I submitted my claim to my surprise they have no records of my insured device IMEI. I have been sending emails back to back with no proper response. I am paying for the service but they can't even provide the service. I have submitted all the documents required they still asking me to send a claim form, I had to ask to speak to the team leader. Only when the call is transferred to the team leader, she apologies and says they have my claim form. What game is this? Guys please never make the mistake of insuring your device with them, you will call every day they will give you vague answers
My iPhone 13 Pro has been insured with Telkom insurance for over a year.. My premiums and account is up to date. I submitted a claim on the 3rd of November 2023, and I haven’t received feedback. Telkom is the worst insurance ever I wouldn’t recommend anyone to insure their device with them. when it comes to pay out they will give you excuses, I have been calling them day in and out still they giving me excuses. Telling me that the person busy with the claim is on leave.. I called Telkom yesterday and spoke to Tasneemah Adams she is a consultant, she hunged up whilst I wanted to know the outcome of the claim.The consultants need more training. I am paying for the service but they don’t have any customer service. I am tired of calling them. Please assist me Hello Peter
