It’s been over a month and the building company has not paid my refund. I have been staying at the Falls for over 2 years now. Now that I have moved they haven’t paid me my refund. What ever you do. Do not rent to these losers! It’s nice when you pay them but when it’s time for them to do a refund it’s another sorry
I have a good experience with House of demo. I started buying smart tv’s from them since 2020 and reselling them to friends and family, prices are good and their warranty is top notch. If one of their products are multinationals .. their warranty process gets it sorted for you. Thanks House of Demo
My Claim was approved and I am happy with how fast the claim process was. However PMD is taking time to process the payment. Since last week, I have been doing follow ups everyday to ask when will they make payment. I was advised payment will be made latest on Wednesday. Agents keep telling me that the person who is dealing with my claim in finance is unavailable, I asked to escalate and the manager is also not available. It has been 3 days this person is not available just to make payment. I am taking back the hired car in few days and i want to make means to get another car before then. I love PMD but the experience of waiting for an individual to process a payment is not right. Please guys
I am writing to inquire about the status and outcome of my recent insurance claim filed under policy number CL101350545 The claim was submitted on 27 of November in relation an accident that wasn’t cause by me. I understand that the processing time may vary, but I am keen to receive an update on the current status and any additional information required from my end. I appreciate your attention to this matter and your team's efforts in handling my claim. Every time I follow up, I’m being told my claim is with the decisions makers since last week. Clear communication on the status of my claim will greatly assist in managing expectations and planning accordingly. The person who caused the accident admitted that they wrong and it is also filed in the accident report. Their claim with their insurer has already been approved but with mine I’m still waiting. The stress of not having a car is killing me Please assist
