I bought All In One Feast last night (drive thu),my order wasn't complete,they didn't put some chips in my order.The worst part is that coleslaw was rotten,it was smelling very bad and the colour was changed and it was written that the pack date was on the 17th at 22h00 and sell date:18th 22h00.
Claim number:BSH21269023.I made a claim on the 13 November 2023 for a burst geyser,the assessors were sent on the very same day,from there,I've never heard from Bettersure,there's no communication,I have to call everyday,hold the line for more than 30 minutes begging for a feedback.Every time I call,they tell me they are still waiting for an approval. The Claim was approved after 3 weeks on the 1st December then when I call they said the service provider will contact me for an appointment to replace a geyser,they never called.On Monday I phoned,they said they can't get hold of the service provider, they will send an email but they are not sure if they will read an email or not.I asked them to give me a payout so that I find myself a nearest service provider because I am hosting on Saturday (9th),I can't host in this situation,they refused.Yesterday they said they found another service provider,they will call me,still they never called.Today when I call,they give the service provider's contact, they say I must make an arrangement with them(which is their job to do the arrangement),when I call,the service said they told him that I am staying in Springs, unfortunately Soshanguve is very far,he can't help me.I called again told them,now they say I must look for a service provider ,send them the pictures for a solar geyser (which they did on the 13 Nov)send them the quotation and it takes 72 hours of working days,though I told them that I am hosting this weekend and my yard is full of water,the geyser is leaking too much,I replaced the ceiling,now the new one is already having stains.The claim took too long,it cost me another ceiling and an expensive water bill.
