**Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at KFC Hebron Mall Pretoria** Dear KFC Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Hebron Mall branch in Pretoria on [09/08/24]. As a regular customer, I have always valued KFC for its convenience and quality. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and has left me concerned about the standards of service at this branch. During my visit, I encountered extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from one of your staff members, Conny Nguena, at the drive-through. As I was placing my order, I was repeatedly cut off with a dismissive "Are you done?" despite the fact that I was still speaking. This level of impatience is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I specifically requested that my Streetwise orders include a wing, drumstick, and thigh, as I was purchasing these meals for a hospital patient with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, my request was met with silence and a continued display of disrespect. When I inquired about this attitude, I was again ignored. In addition to the poor customer service, I ordered 10 Dunked Wings and two strawberry milkshakes. When I asked about the milkshakes, I was abruptly told that there was no ice cream available, without any explanation. I later learned that the dairy machine was not working, which should have been communicated in a more respectful and professional manner. Furthermore, I observed that the staff handling the food at the drive-through window were tossing the takeaways carelessly, and the general impatience displayed by the team was concerning. This raises serious questions about food safety and the overall well-being of customers. Additionally, the fact that the card payment system has been out of service for over two months without any resolution or update is highly inconvenient. I am deeply concerned about the possibility of these negative attitudes translating into compromised food safety. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a level of service that reflects KFC's commitment to quality. The experience I had at the Hebron Mall branch was far from this standard. I kindly request a formal response to this complaint, as well as assurance that these issues will be addressed. If I do not receive satisfactory feedback, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I bought All In One Feast last night (drive thu),my order wasn't complete,they didn't put some chips in my order.The worst part is that coleslaw was rotten,it was smelling very bad and the colour was changed and it was written that the pack date was on the 17th at 22h00 and sell date:18th 22h00.

I visited KFC Hebron on 22nd May 2024,I forgot my wallet on the table and left,after 30 minutes I started receiving messages from bank app of money being debited in my account. I went back there and I asked whether they saw my wallet,they told me they didn't see it,I requested to talk to the manager,when she came I explained to her my story,I requested we check the camera recordings,she just put me off and harshly told me she didn't have access to the camera,I should leave my number to call me the following day which she didn't.
