Major problems with 1-grid - It started on the 21st of December when they did a upgrade on their system. All of a sudden we could not send or receive emails. After phoning the support we could receive and send emails but all our December emails disappeared. I created a ticket online and it is still ongoing (11/2) Even January emails start disappearing and all my folders is empty!!!!!!!! Then I realized our website is also down due to infected server crush. Now we have to pay our website people money to get our website up and running!!!!! I even mailed the owner but NO ONE is coming back except this email that I received - it is laughable!! Our apologize we had to escalate and double check from backup but it seems we have no working back as we have restored what was available but could not recover a working site , I did take same since we had to make sure on all platform, we do apologize for the lack of feedback, our apologize, althou we have tested all backups could you if posible indacte the last time the sites worked
We went there in a group on Saturday the 25th of January. We wanted to order pizza when the waiter told us there is no cheese!! Then we ordered russians and chips but there was no russians!! The cherry on top was when I wanted a glass of white wine and guess what? They did not had any stock. No clearly for a 4 star place you can do better?? When I wanted a manager or even a supervisor the waiter told us it was because there was a big group. Now if you run such an establishment I am sure the buyer must look at the bookings and take day visitors in consideration when buying stock. So no manager or supervisor to complain to and the poor waiter gave us extra chips and one toasted ham and cheese (wonder where they got the cheese) between a group of 12! So yes although we enjoyed the other facilities the kitchen and bar really need to get up to speed.

After talking to King Price they refer me to Cartrack. Maropeng phoned me and with in 5 minutes I was helped. She even phoned back to make sure I got my email
I phoned to add a car and was well informed and helped with a smile
I needed to change my address and it was done quickly and efficient
