I am extremely concerned after purchasing Telament Paediatric Colic Drops from Makro and only discovering, after administering the medication to my newborn daughter, that both bottles supp**** were expired. Expired medication — particularly for infant use — presents a serious health and safety risk and indicates a failure in stock control and quality assurance procedures. Makro’s initial response advised me to return the item to the store, treating the matter as a routine return. This issue goes beyond a refund. The sale of expired infant medication raises serious consumer safety concerns and warrants proper investigation and corrective action. The way it was just brushed off oh you can return is shocking. This is a infant taking the medicine we talking about.
Service from online team is horrible and slow. Requested a receipt as my company needs to re-imburse me, after multiple calls and emails i am still waiting! Cost me another R7750 because i had to pay for my own flight because i couldn't get the receipt in time, i am still waiting for it a week later after the agent on the call first call advised me it would take a few hours, i called again and then they advised its 2-3 days, a week later i still haven't received anything and now the system is apparently going through an upgrade. Such a freaking headache!!!!
Avoid at All Costs: Terrible Communication and Service Delivery If you're looking for a photography company that excels in frustration and disappointment, look no further! My experience with Wild Wilderness photo and film has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, their communication is abysmal. It's like pulling teeth to get a response from them. Whether by phone or email, they seem to operate in some parallel universe where timely responses are a foreign concept. If you enjoy waiting days for a simple acknowledgment, this is your dream service provider. Secondly, commitment seems to be a foreign word to them. They promise the moon and stars during the initial consultation, but when it comes to delivering, they fall woefully short. They missed meeting deadlines without notice, we had them booked for our wedding when we came across reviews from other people who booked them and immediately realised we need to cancel, we cancelled a month in advance due to fear of having the same issues as other couples leaving us scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. We are still awaiting a refund of our deposit and we receive absolutely no communication when you do message them from a new number to respond but once they know who you are they stonewall you. Save yourself the headache and the heartache. There are plenty of other photography companies out there who actually value their clients and know how to run a professional operation. Wild wilderness photo and film clearly isn't one of them. We will be flying out to Joburg soon to make a case at the police station, we cant allow these people to **** anyone else and ruin any other weddings.
Came to have a nice supper with friends and wouldn't recommend. Subpar service. Food was super oily could barely finish it as my plate was loaded with oil. I would rather have waited for my food and have it be made better than got it early and have it be subpar. Requested the manager called Thuli or Thulisile to ask if it would be at all possible for them to switch the channel of the tvs to a soccer match we wanted to watch upon noticing no one was actually watching what was on the TVs, without a hint of consideration in a high, arrogant and ****y tone he told us NO, there is a sportsbar outside we can go to and we can go watch it there. If i wanted to go and spend my money there i would've gone there. Be careful who you consider manager material as my friends and i asked for the bill after our starters and left without further ordering mains because of that horrible experience. My money is as good as anyone else's. After requesting the managers full name and surname from multiple staff members who have been working with him for a while, everyone suddenly had amnesia as to what his full name and surname was. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this restaurant especially that manager.
