BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOTHER!!!! Both my wife and I tried to sign up, and we both got emails asking us to refund, I chose to get in contact with support, who reassured me it was not a ****, before requesting a refund. So a few days went by then I tried to request a refund and the link lead me to a page that merely stated "No subscription found.". It has been nearly 2 weeks and my wife has neither got her refund nor any communication from the company. I honestly do no believe any of the high star reviews!!!
Firstly the positive - STUNNING venue and great food quality. BUT every breakfast the table had crumbs, and on day 4, the table cloth was filthy. and we were the first people on the table. My wife and I left a day early, you expect a clean table from a 4 star venue. also we had a problem with 1 of the staff being completely unprofessional. I should also note a small thing, but on the breakfast menu, one of the parts of the one breakfasts was a tortilla, and we were lucky if we got half of one.
My girlfriend and had made the decision to put her dog down as opposed to going on long-term psychiatric meds (Prozac etc). He would constantly lick his paws to the extend of causing damage, had insane anxiety, and several other factors. (Yes he was a rescue and my girlfriend had tried for years- from food to meds etc). the decision was NOT made lightly! Then the vet tried to emotionally manipulate us to rather go on long term meds etc etc etc. It was unprofessional!!! and made my GF more upset! instead of merely giving objective options/recommendations.
Really helpful and seem to look over the situations fully before advising treatment options (with my little dog's cases). Called their emergency Cell early on a Sunday morning. Within minutes we had a telephonic consult, with pictures that followed and recommendations on best course of action.
Their game Last Epoch pre-launch was brilliant. Devs stated they were ready for the added numbers of launch. 24+ hours later online play is basically impossible with longer loading times then actual play time on the maps. constant disconnects. multiplayer is literally impossible with each person having individual trouble and trying to play together.
This rating is on their customer service alone. it used to be brilliant, friendly attendants. now if you try call the customer care line you are lucky if you reach can reach a consultant. then if you use the Whatsapp app for technical support, the staff there are as polite as automated robots. and very slow to respond. on the 3rd December 2023, I lodged a complaint with a description at 20:22. at 21:44 I for a reply saying "Hi. Please note your fault is connected to the outage. the FNO/fibre provider is currently attending to the fault, Kind Regards , Vox" and the ticket was immediately closed. no real communication regarding my line or to check. just a blanket copy and paste message.
would give half a start if I could. Every weekend for the last while.... not sure exactly how long, but long enough to be a pattern. the FTTH lines in my area go down for a few hours. (I am using vuma line with Vox as my ISP)
