TMM LOFTS HATFIELD THE MOST DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE ADMIN/ RECEPTION OFFICE. IT EVEN REPULSES ME TO RECALL THE NAME(S) OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO. THE NERVE & AUDACITY OF THE STAFF TO CONCLUDE THAT A STUDENT “CANNOT AFFORD” TO PAY AFTER COMMUNICATION WAS SENT TO SAY A TOP UP PAYMENT WOULD BE PAID UPFRONT AT THE END OF THE MONTH BEFORE THEIR MOVE IN. THE **** STAFF DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS WHATSOEVER AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY DOING US A FAVOUR. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE SAW THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS AFTER A “PLACEMENT” FEE WAS MADE OTHERWISE WE WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR FILTHY BEHAVIOUR!
It seems like “BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE” is the new motto for Woolworths Rivonia Village!!! My friend and myself went to the clothing section to look for a specific clothing (undergarment) and usually it is the ladies who can best assist with that. Were we not received with an appalling attitude!!! We approached a lady with a name tag Nthabi and her other colleague who seemed too busy to entertain us, we asked them if they had what we were looking for and they rep**** with a very unpleasant attitude that made us feel unwelcome at the store, the other colleague didn’t even dare to look at us. Instead of assisting and checking on their system as they would normally do to check if the specific item is available in store or not, they told us “we don’t know” and went on about their lives. I feel like we encountered a racial attitude because when a certain customer not belonging in our racial group approached, she was assisted accordingly. Sadly we have been supporting the store for a long time to be met with such an attitude. We shop from the store on a daily basis and we were not happy with how we were received today!
I placed an order on the 28th of November 2023 and was told it would be delivered 5-7workings days from the date of purchase. Till today I am still waiting for my order, I’ve tried calling the online orders customer line and it rings to no avail, the head office is even worse- someone would answer the phone, sigh and then put me on hold without assisting or attending to my queries, the head office itself is pathetic. Today when a consultant finally answered the phone, she tells me that what I ordered is out of stock.. like what BS?!!! You advertise something that you do not have- that’s really messed up! The company has lost its integrity, no form of communication is sent to customers to update them about their orders, the most frustrating thing is that no link is provided to customers so that they are able to track their orders. This has truly become a sad sad business. Customer service ethics are out the window, your entire business model leaves serious room for improvement! I do not foresee myself purchasing anything else from this sorry retail store, absolutely pathetic!
