Pathetic service from ram, customer support not helpful at all. Stinking attitudes, I had a Woolworths package delivered to someone that isn’t me and Ram refuses to assist in locating the package they just said call Woolworths.
WOOLWORTHS please advise I shopped online for perfume which was supposed to be delivered by ram couriers. The courier company never contacted me but delivered by package to someone else i have been calling your call centre every day since Tuesday speaking to consultants who are rude and unable to answer or give feedback. i keep getting told that they sent an email and there is no response so nothing can be done. no refund not resending my items so if it takes 6 months to locate the package am i supposed to wait. its absolutely pathetic service from woolworths and i will never shop from you guys again!
Should be rated zero stars. Service us pathetic waiter is rude and unhelpful, he suggested we eat day old bread which he will microwave. We ordered starter giblets which came to the table after 45mins it was boiled with no taste or spice, we complained to the manager/owner who assured us our mains will be better as we wanted to cancel our order. The chicken was bleeding it was uncooked, prawns as well undercooked. We paid a bill of R1400 to a restaurant that serves the most disgusting food. Upon leaving the manager/owner says thank you with so much sarcasm. Absolutely disgusting establishment for such an elite area like melrose arch
