I bought 3 pairs of sneakers , They sent wrong size for my son , Instead of sending size 9 for kids they sent size 9 for adults , And on that order i mistakenly choose 1 pair twice and they promised to refund me my money R1300 till today nothing has reflected on my account , They told me to wait 7 to day's , It's more than 10 days now nothing on my account
The experience was good even though it was my first time with purple Mobile , liked how their agents cares for their customers especially the new customers so to them i say keep up with the good work 🫡🫡🫡
