Horrific Services
Standard Bank is the worst . I have been waiting for a cheque card from 25 January 2024. First they send it to a different province, then the attempt to re route it to my home address, that was given in the first place was and still is a nightmare. Day by day calling, only to make false promises. To date nothing on 14 February 2024. No call back, no feedback.

KNYSNA MALL Unhygienic Dirty Bathrooms
Knysna Mall has the most discussing bathrooms. I sell is unbearable. The lady that mops and clean the floor used a mop so discussing, it's black. It never smell of cleaning products. The toilet seats are broken, the floor tiles broken. Surely a health inspector should visit them and do something about it.

Thruworths ********* and Bad customer Service Knysna
Wors customer service at Knysna Branch. Thruworths should follow the CPA, and not make up there own rules. You can return a garment with swing tagged on. No law says you have to have all the other documents. It's ********* to there customers and totally unnecessary to pit a customer in that position. Garment is new and tag on. Woolworth does it,all other stores does it,why not Thruworths. Bad retail!!
