This is a **** ! Leeroy came to assess my coffee machine and said he needs to take it to bis workshop to completely diagnose what's wrong then quoted me on how much it would cost to repair. When I decided that its not worth the money, he became sour and now refuses to return my machine. I have to call him on a daily basis but there is no response. He essentially stole my machine. Please stay away from this clown.
I have had a solar system installed with Cosmo Solar a few years back 2023. They were quite fast and professional. However I would recommend that you negotiate the price and if they offer annual solar panel cleaning, dont bother taking that. I have been requesting for years that they come out and honor their cleaning service but they just don't. I am tired of asking them to keep their word. Don't make offers just to hook me as a customer then fall back on your word.
My flight was changed and cancelled by the airline, so I requested a refund through them on 1 April 2025. They said it would be sent to the airline and that the entire process should take about 15 days (meaning I should have received my refund in 15 days). After that? NOTHING. NO UPDATES.NO COMMUNICATION. Just complete silence. Fast forward to 29 April, and after chasing them down, I find out the refund was ONLY SUBMITTED on 22 April — three weeks late. No reason given. No apology. No confirmation. Just a vague “wait longer.” I understand that there were public holidays between this, BUT THE first holiday was ONLY ON 18 APRIL2025, WHY WAS NOTHING DONE UNTIL THEN?? This wasn’t a delay — it was blatant neglect and a total lack of accountability. And when I asked to escalate the issue? They hung up on me. FOUR TIMES. Yes — four separate calls cut off the MOMENT I ASKED FOR A MANAGER. Now it’s the end of the month, and I’m still without the refund — unable to make important payments — because they can’t be bothered to do their job or communicate. Disgusting service. Shocking treatment of paying customers. NEVER EVER BOOK WTH THEM.
I have not had the greatest experience with FNB's ***** department. I was de*****ed and when I reported the incident, I was given a case number but any attempt to follow up on my case is impossible. The secure chat option directs me to call the ***** department. When I attempt to call the ***** department, I sat on the phone call with no answer from a consultant for about 8 minutes until the call eventually drops.
