Disappointed customer
They don't even deserve 1 star, they are behind day1 health insurance ,please keep away from these people ,pathetic service , tak my money every month ,don't even bother to explain the brochures properly, at this point thinking to get my lawyers involved

Worst health insurance
It's been over a month now and still no payments has been made , this is really frustrating & disappointing to see that day1 health is giving us continuous problems ,you'll have not been helpful at all, majority of the things you'll are not covering atleast our payments should be made on time. If this continuous I will not hesitate to take further action against day1 health. I can't understand why you'll are doing this because our monthly fees has always been debited from our account. Day1 Health needs to be more prompt with their loyal customers. You'll don't even bother to go the extra mile for you'lls loyal customers ,you'll are giving us so much problems now when it's time to claim my maternity benefit I honestly don't know what's going to happen to me because I have chosen Ahmed AL Kadi In Durban kwa Zulu natal as my preferred hospital to give birth, one of day1 health superiors better get back to me in regards to thee above problems.
