I am trying to get online support and need to speak to a human - the message "Please hold while we connect you to the next available agent.", the result RADIO SILENCE - an agent never appears. What is the point of having an online support chat if nobody is actually ever available to chat?

After ordering over R500 worth of food which never arrived (offered to share CCTV footage to prove it), was told the driver flagged it as delivered so it must have been - I hope he enjoyed the meal because after being a loyal customer for several years I deleted my account and removed the app from my phone.
The BEST sushi in Somerset West, Cape Town, dare I say the country. The sushi is always fresh and beautifully presented and the staff are attentive and professional. The cooked seafood is also pretty good - the deep fried tentacles are addictive and the portion very generous.
A *****ulent contract was taken out in my husband's name and money taken from his account, it was reported to and investigated by Vodacom and given a reference number confirming it had been dealt with. However for the last 5 months MBD have been sending letters threatening action and almost daily phone calls demanding payment, despite forwarding all communication with the Vodacom ***** Department they continue with this onslaught of collecting on a debt that is not owed. Vodacom online customer care have confirmed several times that the status of this case has been updated with MBD. The number of calls where a MBD representative hangs up in mid conversation are too many to count and calling the numbers supp**** to try and bring this fiasco to a conclusion result in unanswered calls or the phone being answered but then we are not acknowledged and made to listen to conversations with people in their office until enough time passes so the call is registered as "answered" on the call system and then hung up.
