No delivery parcel remains in transit
Online order placed on 2 Feb for delivery to a store not yet at the store on 13 Feb. Compared to all other businesses selling online this is pathetic. No assistance whatsoever from their help desk or the whatsapp tracking system except to keep on saying the parcel is in transit. Not good enough when other companies are giving awesome service.

Awesome service
Taking out pet insurance with Outsurance was an absolute pleasure with an agent contacting me within minutes of my enquiry and explaining the policy simply and clearly. Having just submitted my first claim, the service was awesome, backed by informed and clear explanations and the claim paid within days. Well done!
