⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Phumzile at AutoTrader
I would like to commend Phumzile at AutoTrader South Africa for his outstanding professionalism and support. I experienced extremely poor service from Platinum Wheels after purchasing a vehicle from them, which led to a dispute and the need to submit a formal review. Throughout this process, Phumzile was professional, responsive, and proactive. He guided me clearly through the rating and dispute procedure, kept me informed at every stage, and consistently responded to my messages without delay. When the dealership attempted to deflect responsibility, Phumzile remained objective, ethical, and focused on ensuring the matter was handled fairly. He listened carefully, provided sound advice, and supported me throughout a very frustrating experience. It is rare to encounter such committed customer service. Thank you, Phumzile — your integrity and professionalism were truly appreciated.

Disgusting company Fastway Courier
I moved over from an already poor courier company to the absolute WORST: Fastway Couriers. The sales person Marietjie promised the world to deliver Nothing!!!! They often cannot find my parcels when Jhb and Pretoria are supposed to be next day deliveries as promised by Marietjie (who is totally unprofessional discussing me with colleagues before cutting a call!). It took more than a week to delivery some of my parcels in Jhb and PTA. I had to call different depots to see what's going on. Lady Marietjie has no clue what she is doing. I purchased a huge amount of bags beforehand and they will not credit me for them and I will now need to take legal action due to loss of business. They are embarrassing me with their poor service. I have lost 2 clients due to their lack of service!!!
