After some time of trying to redeem my voucher I finally got an email from the company saying they can't redeem it but will refund me the money. <br> I sent them the necessary info (excluding my bank account details) and now am not getting any response. Just get an automated email reply and there are no contact numbers on their website or emails? HELP!<br> Anyone else with similar problems as see lots of negative posts about them from last year?
I have been trying for a month now to get vehicle papers for a vehicle which was originally financed by Stannic so that I can sell the vehicle. <br> Every time I call I get a different consultant and go through the same explanation as to what the issue is. I have called more than 10 times now with the average call time of probably 30 minutes as I get put on hold and the consultant refers to their 'team leader'. Numerous promises of return calls do not materialise and I am no further with this request than I was 4 weeks ago.<br> I understand that it is not a normal request as the vehicle was originally financed through Marfin which was a JV with Stannic and is no longer in existence, but the vehicle is logged on their system as being financed by them. <br> Seriously after 4 weeks of requests and hours of being put on hold there surely must be someone who can assist!
